By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
GrantForge is a digital platform for managing grant application and award processes. The Service enables charitable organisations to receive applications, facilitate trustee review and scoring, record decisions, and generate compliance reports.
The Service is intended for use by charitable organisations, trusts, foundations, and similar bodies registered or operating in the United Kingdom. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of the subscribing organisation.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
You agree to use the Service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
All intellectual property rights in the Service (including software, design, and branding) belong to App Factory Dev Ltd. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.
You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the Service.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we act as a data processor and you act as the data controller.
Access to the Service requires an annual subscription. Fees are as published on our website at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change our fees with 30 days' written notice. All fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
We aim to provide a reliable and available Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice of planned downtime.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, App Factory Dev Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Either party may terminate the subscription by giving 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you may export your data for a period of 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any concerns informally.
